How to be the best version of yourself.
Life itself is a tensed atmosphere, it easy to give in to people's perception about than accepting the personality you really are. Me, myself and I interesting is how how my beliefs are portrayed, I tend to think of the journey I have been through in the last 27 years of my life, how have I grown with every experience gained and how I have overcome every hurdle faced through reconditioning my mind for success, constantly seeing a tremendous pay in my pain and intentionally seeing opportunities to my problems like an entrepreneur.
Being the best version of yourself starts with loving yourself, waking up every morning and saying wow I'm so beautiful, thanking God for your uniqueness and how wonderfully you have been made. From love, kindness is indirectly generated, and kindness to yourself gives hope in the midst of chaos, kindness gives confidence in the midst of minimal esteem which enables you to bounce back from shortcomings and keeps you in stern focus in pursuing your dreams. Health and vitality is also a fruit of kindness to one's self, as the saying goes the more you love the more you live. Kindness also relates to "self compassion". For me this is a way you perceive yourself that eradicates every stance of condemning yourself for every mistake made by you you and avoiding any feeling of complexity.
Kindness to one's self conceives belief, belief in yourself entails putting an end to people's opinion becoming your reality, it emphasises on your own decisions and value regardless of what people may say, it allows you to live a life of dynamism as your stance may only change on your own will and it gives a disapproval on being put down based on other people's perception about you,or how you lived a life of mistake. I believe everyone has a past, no one is perfect and no one will ever be. ENOUGH OF SITUATIONSHIP (Toke makinwa).
Note : if you allow people judge you and make you feel so bad about yourself. Your negative self emotions destroys your ability to control situations.
Self kindness,mindfulness and common humanity are what I do and take to heart and I practice them to which helps me in my daily affairs.
